ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

WhatFaliciaDoNow sells digital download products including AI prompt packs, ebooks, printable templates, and other digital resources. All products are delivered electronically no physical items are shipped.

LICENSE TYPES

WhatFaliciaDoNow sells three types of products, each with a different license. Always check the individual product listing to confirm which license applies.

--- STANDARD LICENSE (Personal & Business Use) ---
Most products are sold under a standard license. This means:

✅ You MAY:
- Download and use the product for your own personal or business use
- Print printables for personal use
- Use AI prompts to generate content for your own business

❌ You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files with others
- Claim the work as your own or remove any branding
- Upload or share files on file-sharing platforms

--- PLR LICENSE (Private Label Rights) ---
Products labeled PLR come with Private Label Rights. This means:

✅ You MAY:
- Edit, rebrand, and customize the content as your own
- Use it to create new products for sale
- Add your name as the author after rebranding

❌ You MAY NOT:
- Resell or give away the PLR files in their original, unedited form
- Claim the original unedited content was written exclusively by you
- Pass PLR rights on to your customers unless the listing specifically allows it

--- MRR LICENSE (Master Resell Rights) ---
Products labeled MRR come with Master Resell Rights. This means:

✅ You MAY:
- Resell the product and keep 100% of the profits
- Use it as a bonus or part of a bundle

❌ You MAY NOT:
- Pass resell rights to your customers unless the listing specifically states "MRR Included"
- Sell below the minimum price stated in the product listing if one is specified
- Claim the product as your own original creation

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

WhatFaliciaDoNow sells a mix of original products created by Falicia and licensed content (PLR/MRR) sourced from third-party creators. Original products are the exclusive intellectual property of Falicia. Licensed products are sold in accordance with the rights granted by their original creators. All sales are bound by the license terms described above.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files promptly. We recommend saving your downloads to a secure backup location.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

DISCLAIMER

Our digital products are provided "as is." We make no warranties about the results you will achieve from using our products. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
