ORDERING & DOWNLOADING

Q: How do I receive my purchase?
A: All products are digital downloads. After you complete your purchase, a download link will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account and going to "Orders."

Q: How long until I receive my download link?
A: Instantly! Download links are delivered automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Q: My download link isn't working. What do I do?
A: First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at Whatfaliciadonow@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend your link right away.

Q: Can I re-download my files later?
A: Yes! You can re-download your files by logging into your account and visiting your Orders page. We recommend also saving your files to cloud storage like Google Drive as a backup.

Q: What file formats do you use?
A: Depending on the product, files may be in PDF, PNG, ZIP, TXT, or DOCX format. The format is listed on each product page.

USING YOUR PRODUCTS

Q: Can I use these products for my business?
A: Yes! Most products include a personal and commercial use license. You can use AI prompts to create content for your business, print printables for your clients, and use ebooks as learning resources.

Q: Can I resell your digital products?
A: It depends on the license! Each product listing clearly states which license it comes with:
- Standard License — personal and business use only, no reselling the files
- PLR (Private Label Rights) — you can rebrand and sell as your own
- MRR (Master Resell Rights) — you can resell the product and keep 100% of profits
Always check the product listing before purchasing if resale rights are important to you.

Q: Can I share my files with friends or family?
A: Each purchase is licensed for one user. If a friend or family member wants the same product, they would need to purchase their own copy. This helps support small creators like me! 💜

Q: I'm not tech-savvy. Are your products easy to use?
A: Absolutely! All products come ready to use. PDF files open in any free PDF viewer. PNG files open in any photo viewer or design app. If you ever get stuck, just reach out — I'm happy to help!

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Yes! All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full payment details.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you have a technical issue with your download, we will absolutely make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
