ALL SALES ARE FINAL / DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

This policy exists because:
- Digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded
- The content is immediately accessible upon purchase
- We cannot verify whether a file has been viewed or used

WE WILL GLADLY HELP IF:

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will work with you in the following situations:

✅ You never received your download link
If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, contact us immediately and we will resend it.

✅ The file is corrupted or unreadable
If the file you downloaded is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will send you a working replacement file at no charge.

✅ You received the wrong product
If you were charged for a product different from what was described, we will correct the error immediately.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed without a prior support request.
